Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, Ministry of Scent is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. All products are sourced directly from the perfume houses or their official distributors to guarantee 100% authenticity.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full bottle?
Absolutely. We offer individual 1.5ml spray samples for nearly every fragrance in our collection. This allows you to experience how a scent develops on your skin before investing in a full-sized bottle.
What is your return policy for perfumes?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on full-sized bottles that are unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane wrapping within 14 days of delivery. Samples and discovery sets are final sale.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days. Please note that because perfume contains alcohol, it must be shipped via ground transportation.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States due to international shipping regulations regarding alcohol-based fragrances. We are working on expanding our reach in the future.
How should I store my fragrances to ensure they last?
To preserve the integrity of your scent, store bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where humidity can degrade the essential oils.
