Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of fragrance, we only accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that individual samples and discovery sets are final sale to ensure the integrity of our artisanal collection.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance bottle is still in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and was purchased within the last 14 days.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened item in its original shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our laboratory inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a nominal restocking fee.
