Comme des Garçons Dot
From Comme des Garçons
Mysterious allure that penetrates the air of a park filled with osmanthus trees in blossom. The story of this perfume began with the image of the polka dot, a practical symbol for CDG. For the smell, Rei Kawakubo requested that it be based around the smell of the osmanthus flower which adorns the parks and roadsides all over Japan in the autumn.
Dot captures the suave floralcy with fruity tonalities that emanate from the blossoms of osmanthus with radiant green notes to illustrate the leaves and white amber woods that reflect the bark of the tree. To this was added olibanum for its resinous touch and pepper oil to enhance the balsamic, spicy aspect of the frankincense.
